Matt is currently the Executive General Manager of Kinetic's Queensland operations, managing a team of 1700 employees, and 900 buses, across 14 depots. Matt has worked in the Public Transport industry for 7 years, starting as General Manager for safety for Transit Australia Group before moving into the role of General Manager South East Queensland when the group was purchased and Kinetic was formed. Matt is a hands on, commercially astute people leader who focuses on delivering continuous improvement across Kinetic's operations.
