Jason ODwyer will present to QBIC members on the WHS Amendment Act to assist members understand their new responsibilities duties and prohibitions. There are a number of significant changes that are commencing including prohibition on indemnity for WHS Fines, changes to powers of HSR’s and Committees, new positive duties for employers, increased union rights and many more changes.
