The theme for the 2024 luncheon is, Empower Her: Shaping the Future with Lessons from the Past. Empowering women to assume leadership roles is essential for Fostering diversity and innovation. Recognising and removing bias, mentoring and creating inclusive environments, dismantles barriers and promotes equal opportunity. By drawing inspiration and guidance from nontraditional role models we empower the Leaders of tomorrow, grounded in the wisdom gained From the challenges and triumphs of the past.
