QBIC Conference 2023, Transition - Are We Ready

QBIC hosted its annual conference, “Transition – Are We Ready”, at the Pullman Cairns International, over the 14th and 15th of April 2023. The theme of Conference 2023 highlighted a transitioning phase of our Industry, Diesel to Battery Electric and Hydrogen Electric Vehicles and paper-based systems to Ticketing and Tracking solutions. 

The event began with the Irizar Golf Day on Friday the 14th of April at Cairns Golf Club followed by the Volvo Bus Australia Welcome Reception evening held at Hemingways Brewery. Saturday featured a full day of Conference plenary sessions with Industry Experts speaking on the future of the Bus Industry in Queensland, followed by an evening celebrating excellence in our industry at the Scania Pre-Gala Dinner Event and then the Bus Stop Sales Gala Dinner & Awards Evening.
