QBIC accomplishes this through the provision of industry updates, workshops and seminars integrated into the forum agenda.
Join us at the 2026 Regional Forum series for a critical industry update covering the most significant regulatory changes in years. The session will unpack the transition from the Passenger Transport Standard to the new Safety Duties , outline the revised School Code of Conduct, and provide essential guidance on the introduction of Queensland’s Child Safe Standards —which will apply beyond school transport and have important implications for charter service operators. Members will also receive updates on the NHVR Master Code revision and the rollout of Pay Day Superannuation requirements. This is an important opportunity for all operators to understand their obligations, prepare for compliance, and ensure their business is ready for 2026 and beyond.
