About Rolf

Rolf joined the Hornibrook Group in 1994 as their rural property manager in Western Queensland after graduating in Farm Management from Marcus Oldham College in Victoria.

In 1998 he moved to Brisbane to become part of the bus organisation within the Hornibrook Group, providing Rolf with exposure to a number of roles in both operations and administration levels and was appointed General Manager in 2002 until late 2005.

Rolf left the company to pursue a rural venture but ended up in the position of State Manager with the Transit Australia Group in 2006 based at the Sunshine Coast. This role comprised of managing the regional bus operations of the group based in Cairns, Townsville, Rockhampton, Toowoomba and the Sunshine Coast with a total fleet of 220 buses.

In mid-2008 Rolf returned to the Hornibrook Group as the QLD State Manager for the three bus operations in Brisbane consisting of Hornibrook Bus Lines, Hornibrook Transit Management and Southwest Transit also acting as the General Manager of group's four Self Storage businesses that the operated in South East Queensland.

In May 2015 Keolis Downer has purchased the shares in the ATE Group and Rolf remains in the position of State Manager (Bus) for Keolis Downer.

With his role Rolf is actively involved with the Keolis Management Group with its regular meetings in both Adelaide and Perth. He brings a range of experiences which is focused on outcomes for all stakeholders.
