Mark began his career in public transport with the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads in 2001, holding various roles including managing bus contracts within Translink. Mark then moved to Transdev in 2008, managing bus contracts and scheduling. Mark also led the team at Westside Bus Company between 2013 and 2016, before returning to Transdev to perform roles in both bus and ferry operations, including as Managing Director of Brisbane Ferries prior to handover to Sealink, and currently as Managing Director of Transdev Queensland buses.
