About Brendan:
Brendan has in excess of 25 years experience in the public transport industry. Initially starting in an operations role at a small bus company in Melbourne's south-eastern suburbs, Brendan worked for a number of Melbourne's large bus companies in a variety of operations, planning and administrative roles including the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games. Brendan ran his own Network Planning consultancy business from 2007 to 2015 working with a number of transit agencies and public transport companies in most states and territories in Australia, in addition to New Zealand. After selling his business to a larger consultancy business and working for them for approximately three years, Brendan then relocated to the Sunshine Coast in 2018 to work for Buslink Queensland as their Service Delivery Manager. After Buslink sold to CDC and rebranded as CDC Queensland, Brendan took on his current role as General Manager - Network Planning. Brendan joined the School Services Committee for QBIC in 2025 and is looking forward to continuing working with the industry that he has been apart of since 2000. Away from work, Brendan and his family are heavily involved in basketball including him being the President of the Noosa District Basketball Association (Noosa Cyclones). | Upcoming events
